Which phones does it run on?
Android only, for now.
Can I bring my workouts from another app?
Yes. Import a file from Hevy, Strong, FitNotes or Fitbod, or restore a Laterals backup. You can undo an import.
Is the coach a doctor or a personal trainer?
No. It is an AI coach: its answers can be wrong and are not a substitute for professional advice.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Me, then Danger zone, then Delete account. The steps and what is kept are on the delete account page.
Where is my data kept, and who sees it?
The privacy policy lists what is collected, who processes it, how long it is kept and your rights.
