Delete your account

Last updated 24 October 2026

Laterals is made by Mirza Aneeb Baig. This page explains how to delete your Laterals account and what happens to your data. The full details are in the privacy policy.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Laterals and go to Me, then scroll to the end.
  2. Tap Danger zone, then Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted and tap Delete my account.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

Without the app

Email support@laterals.app from the email address of your Laterals account, with the subject Delete my Laterals account. We’ll delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

Deleted

Everything we hold about you in our database: your account (email, name, Google ID and the link to your profile picture), your profile and onboarding answers, routines, workouts, exercises you create, personal records, body weight and body fat, recipes, meal plans and shopping lists, your coach chat and coach notes, the files you imported and how you matched their exercise names, your bug reports with our replies in Your reports, and your coach usage and subscription records.

Bug-report screenshots and photos go with your account (otherwise they are removed 60 days after a report is closed). Copies in server logs and in the database’s restore history expire on their own, within 30 days.

Kept

Held by other companies

The services that work for us keep their own records under their own policies, and we can’t delete those from our side: Sentry may keep the crash reports (the error, app version, phone model and a random account number, never your name, email or IP address), Resend the emails we sent you, and Google Play and RevenueCat your purchase history. The privacy policy lists them all.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Laterals Pro. Cancel it in the Google Play Store: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Laterals.
